Working principle

A class of ammonia was sent to ammonia ammonia tank of liquid ammonia tank by gravity flow electric heating carburetor, carburetor control electric heating water temperature for heating of liquid ammonia, liquid ammonia and ammonia tank to return the vaporized ammonia tank pressurization system, ensure the constant pressure, meet the technical requirements. After entering the pressurized ammonia activated carbon filter, removing oil and gas mainly organic impurities, and then into the dust filter to remove solid particles of ammonia, and then enter the electric heating carburetor system to ensure constant operating pressure, then entered the ammonia distillation tower to remove low boiling point gas of ammonia gas, followed by vacuum dryer into the deaerator in order to remove the trace water from the gas, and finally into the buffer storage for users.
